Investigation #3 Round 1

A late-winter blizzard has trapped six people in a remote hunting cabin
in the Norwegian mountains. The phone line is dead. The nearest road is
hours away on foot. This morning, Erik Halvorsen — the cabin's owner —
was found in the woodshed with a gash across the back of his head and a
bloodied iron poker beside him. The Detective was the first to arrive
at the body. The other four guests claim to have been asleep or in
their rooms when it happened. Someone in this cabin is lying.

Mid-40s. Sharp, well-dressed even in a snowstorm. Co-owns a small consulting firm with Erik. Talks fast. Drinks black coffee.

Henrik Lie

Erik's old university friend

Late 40s. Quiet, bookish, smells of pipe tobacco. A literature professor. Has known Erik for twenty years.
